300 Kettlebell Swing and Squat Challenge

A nice kettlebell challenge that will give you a very good idea of your current fitness level, work capacity and mental toughness. You also have a time to beat!

Swings with 1 hand – change as many times as you need to.

Squats in goblet position or bell to the back – rest if you need to.
